Job Description
- Facilitating learning partnerships by collaborating closely with clients to understand their training requirements and effectively tailor solutions that meet their objectives.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to enhance the quality of programs and services.
- Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies to develop engaging and effective learning toolkits, empowering learners to acquire new skills and knowledge in the project.
- Producing executive reports for client management, offering valuable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and ensure alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals.
- Working from home 100%.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, 24-32 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Over 3-5 years of work experience in Learning & Development.
- Excellent command of English.
- Being able to work under pressure and able to prioritize workload.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
