Job Description
- Processing refund requests for airline tickets accurately and promptly.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to refunds, cancellations, and ticket changes.
- Providing detailed information on refund policies, eligibility, and procedures.
- Collaborating with airlines to resolve refund issues and discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate records of all refund transactions and communications.
- Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the refund process.
- Staying updated on airline refund policies, fare rules, and industry trends.
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 - 18.00.
Qualification:
- Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 6 months experience from a Travel Agency or Tour or Airline.
- Experience in Amadeus or Sabre or Galileo Program.
- Experience in Refund.
