Our client is an Airline Ticketing Company. 

Job Description

  • Processing refund requests for airline tickets accurately and promptly.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to refunds, cancellations, and ticket changes.
  • Providing detailed information on refund policies, eligibility, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with airlines to resolve refund issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all refund transactions and communications.
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the refund process.
  • Staying updated on airline refund policies, fare rules, and industry trends.
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 - 18.00.

Qualification:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 6 months experience from a Travel Agency or Tour or Airline.
  • Experience in Amadeus or Sabre or Galileo Program.
  • Experience in Refund.
