Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong team leadership skills, extensive experience in financial closing and consolidation, proficiency in Excel, and preferably familiarity with Power BI and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and leading the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Overseeing month-end and year-end financial closing processes, including consolidation of financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintaining and improving internal controls and procedures.
- Monitoring cash flow and managing banking relationships.
- Collaborating with other departments to support overall company goals.
- Training and mentoring junior staff members.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience of 4 years in team management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience in financial closing and consolidation.
- Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (Flexible)
