Job Description
- Assisting in the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of all financial planning phases, including the Mid-term Plan, Yearly Budget & Re-forecast, and 3-month Rolling Forecasts.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly consolidated reports (Volumes, Cost Variance Analysis, P&L, Capex, Working Capital, etc.).
- Promoting operational excellence within the region by sharing best practices and functional expertise.
- Supporting entities in developing competencies/expertise in ATOME (an internal tool for controlling manufacturing costs using IBM TM1 software).
- Controlling IT costs and coordinating monthly reporting to Group IT.
- Coordinating with local Supply Chain and Purchasing teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce obsolescence.
- Partnering with manufacturing site teams to optimize financial and operational performance.
- Supporting new projects in the region, including the progressive ERP migration from Oracle to SAP.
- Undertaking economic studies, benchmarking, cost simulations, and validating savings proposals.
- Ensuring business compliance with the Group’s operating and finance controls, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduating with a Bachelor's and Master’s degree, majoring in Finance and/or Controlling. Prior work experience in an international company and financial control, preferably within a manufacturing environment, is required.
- Demonstrating strong proficiency with MS tools, especially Excel, and having experience using ERP and financial planning/reporting systems (knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, and IBM Cognos TM1 is a plus).
- Possessing excellent analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Being fluent in English, with a preference for working in a multicultural environment.
- Showing curiosity for new ideas and being proactive in challenging existing ways of working for continuous improvement.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to accept a 1-year contract (renewable annually).
- Demonstrating strong communication skills in English.
