Main Responsibilities
- Preparing design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects.
- Visualizing stories from the given brief and thinking outside the box.
- Working on projects from the story board stage to the final animation.
- Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media.
- Creating high-impact designs, illustrations, and highly engaging animations and videos.
- Working with editors and designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques.
Qualifications / Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Visual Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Has experience in creating motion graphics and or social media edits.
- 2+ Years of experience in motion graphic design.
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of visual motion design disciplines (typography, iconography, audio, composition, colour, layout, etc.).
- Proficient in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, positive, and an innovative thinker.
- Experience creating motion graphics and/or social media edits.
- Basic knowledge of 3D software.
- Must have prior experience from working as a Motion Graphics Designer and have a strong portfolio of sample projects.
- Able to communicate well in English.
- Able to use computers and MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Responsible, flexible in work, and able to manage time.
