Job Description

Our client is a leading global telecommunications solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services, and terminals.

Responsibilities

  • Being accountable for delivering e-commerce and online sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Performing ROI analysis and promotion plan optimization to drive profitability.
  • Developing planning to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of our products such as promotion, price optimization, coupons and deals, on-site communication & visibility.
  • Building and setting up monthly promotion plans and operation tasks for mega campaigns.
  • Analyzing our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down.
  • Listing products on the system and monitoring inventory to keep stock level healthy and improve product life cycle.
  • Monitoring the online presence and evaluating competitors' activities regularly to secure the brand's competitive edge.
  • Working closely with e-commerce partners to monitor and push the brand performance.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives & programs including trade & consumer sales promotions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, have experience in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing or related majors.
  • At least 3 years experience with a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape with a proven track record in driving sales growth in the electronic industry or home appliances.
  • Full understanding of e-commerce platforms' structures and processes such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Priority for those with experience working at Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok.
  • Fluent in English or Chinese. Being fluent in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly focused on finding solutions, getting things done and hitting targets.
  • Good in communication & negotiation.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written in both English and Thai.
