Responsibilities
- Analyzing, planning, and managing strategies.
- Coordinating the implementation of projects related to organizational strategies to achieve set goals.
- Overseeing investments and conducting Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
- Preparing feasibility reports for investments.
- Managing operations in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Monitoring reports and operational performance of departments.
- Planning and coordinating with various departments.
- Assessing risks and implementing systematic solutions.
- Developing and improving internal communication within the organization.
- Overseeing research management with a focus on strict development objectives.
- Identifying and recruiting candidates for positions according to the plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, audit, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in preparing financial models or feasibility studies.
- Can read, write, and communicate in English.
