Responsibilities

• Analyzing, planning, and managing strategies.
• Coordinating the implementation of projects related to organizational strategies to achieve set goals.
• Overseeing investments and conducting Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• Preparing feasibility reports for investments.
• Managing operations in alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Monitoring reports and operational performance of departments.
• Planning and coordinating with various departments.
• Assessing risks and implementing systematic solutions.
• Developing and improving internal communication within the organization.
• Overseeing research management with a focus on strict development objectives.
• Identifying and recruiting candidates for positions according to the plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, audit, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in preparing financial models or feasibility studies.
• Can read, write, and communicate in English.
