Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring and overseeing work performance or performing various tasks according to the established plans and objectives to control and oversee the production process, including delivery, in line with goals and consistency with available raw materials.
• Controlling, analysing and addressing various production-related issues continuously according to the prescribed processes, methods, and manufacturing procedures to ensure that the produced goods meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to continuously monitor the supply of raw materials into the production line.
• Reporting the progress of the production plan to senior management.
• Developing a Master Plan for the responsible unit in alignment with departmental strategies and policies.
• Participating in setting goals and policies for the unit's operations, as well as setting work standards and performance indicators for the unit's success.
• Planning the budget of the responsible unit, overseeing and managing operational costs appropriately within the operational plan and the available budget and resources effectively.
• Collaborating in organizing work systems, defining work processes and details for the responsible unit, including participating in structuring the scope of responsibilities and planning the unit's workforce.
• Coordinating with internal and external departments involved to study, analyze data, inquire, follow up, and coordinate information to seek cooperation on various work-related matters.
• Communicating the company's policies to employees within the organization and ensuring compliance with them.
• Fostering good relationships and communicating policies, visions, work directions, and other necessary information to ensure that employees are informed, understand, and cooperate in performing their duties, as well as maintaining and developing team morale and motivation.
• Promoting and encouraging employees to work efficiently and maintain good morale at work.
• Training, transferring experiences, and developing the work of employees in the unit, including monitoring and evaluating their performance and considering disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Making decisions to address various issues that arise in the unit report to superiors and perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Providing support, collaboration, and opinions in quality improvement activities and product manufacturing, such as 5S, ISO, and GMP.

Job Requirement:

• Male/Female, 35-48 years old, Thai National Only.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Furniture Engineering, Wood Technology, Production Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management within the wood industry.
• Knowledge of machinery and furniture equipment.
• Leadership skills to effectively control, manage, and organize work and employees under supervision.
• Innovative thinking and creativity, able to coordinate and collaborate effectively.
• Diligence and perseverance in continuously learning new things.
• Decision-making skills to solve problems and assist subordinates.
• Good communication in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in ISO14001, 9000, 5Sor, etc.
