Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication activity across channels, including onsite placement, email, instant message, the local seller center, and other communication channels.
- Analyse communications performance: Open and click rate, content format, etc. and strive for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams particularly country teams on new updates and relevant updates in order to raise awareness and comprehension via seller communication.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Always willing to learn new things and ready to solve problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising & media, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheet.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to constant change of processes and things.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
