Job Description
- Gathering and tracking fuzzy requirements into the backlog for planning against priorities
- Having a strong time, process and stakeholder management to juggle multiple projects with varying scopes and expectations.
- Visualizing complex information/concepts simply and effectively to propose holistic solutions for multi-channel and touchpoints, down to specifications for detailed micro-interactions to describe the logic and behaviour of a feature.
- Effectively communicating and collaborating with the Product, Engineering and Operations teams from pre-design to development until go-live.
- Applying the Design Thinking process in projects and collaborating with stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective design prototypes for research or testing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a design practitioner, exemplifying various disciplines such as facilitation, research, UX, visual design or service design
- Experience with Figma is a must.
- Good command of English.
- Working in fintech or financial industry preferred but notwithstanding.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills A related Design Degree will be an advantage.
