Job Description

  • Providing daily support for ERP systems, resolving issues related to business reporting, ERP, Intranet, WMS, and shop floor software.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems across software platforms.
  • Configuring and maintaining server environments for ERP, databases, and web applications.
  • Developing, customising, and code forms and reports for ERP and Intranet applications.
  • Managing and developing ERP SyteLine modules, including forms, IDO, and service order objects.
  • Administering and managing MS SQL databases, including command execution and design.
  • Designing and developing reports using SSRS or Crystal Reports.
  • Developing web applications using Apache, IIS, WordPress, and PHP.
  • Providing software support through ticketing systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal control standards and SOX regulations.
  • Translating business requirements into IT solutions.
  • Coordinating IT tasks with teams in other regions.
  • Conducting ERP application user training.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in customizing INFOR SyteLine.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Visual Basic, C#, and .NET frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of MS SQL Server, SSRS, and Crystal Reports for data management and report generation.
  • Experience in working with SyteLine APIs.
  • Solid experience with PHP and web development technologies.
