Job Description

Our client is a leading local provider of Diagnostic Medical Devices. The company comprises professionals passionate about their role in delivering medical devices to their customers.

Job Description:

  • Providing post-sale support to end users, including user training, preparing work instructions for products, troubleshooting, and handling technical complaints to ensure that products perform at their best level.
  • Supporting sales activities by preparing marketing materials, including product sell sheets and specifications, and conducting technical sales pitches.
  • Engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and generating demand through CME/CMTE/CPE activities.
  • Offering marketing, application support, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to existing and potential users of products, as well as distribution partners in Thailand.
  • Managing incidents and handling related quality assurance or product complaints.
  • Acting as a liaison between Thailand and SEA Tech Support, reporting technical incidents and resolving them on time.
  • Visiting and assisting customers in properly understanding and utilizing the products and providing updates on the product range.
  • Collaborating with appointed distributors/dealers to respond to technical inquiries regarding products.
  • Assisting the line manager in developing and maintaining cordial business relations with key opinion leaders and policymakers from various institutions.
  • Assisting in marketing and demand generation activities, such as local events or symposiums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IVD sector with proven professional records as a Product Specialist, Application Specialist, Technical Support, or equivalent.
  • Professional experience in rapid diagnostics or point-of-care testing is preferable.
  • Knowledge of laboratory medicine, infectious diseases, clinical immunology, good laboratory practice, and quality management of clinical laboratories.
  • Fair command of English with good reading and writing competency.
