- Operations
- Supporting sales order management of the Indo-China (IDC) channel.
- Covering coordination with Sales teams, and customers, for PO receipt and validation, Sales Order (SO) and Delivery Order (DO) creation and export shipment arrangement.
- Coordinating with business support teams and 3PLs for GR, credit availability and export arrangement.
- Monitoring PO, DO, and RTF (SCM’s sales target) to maximize sales.
- Optimizing factory direct shipment (FDS) for logistics cost saving.
- Providing sales monitoring reports, issues, and RTF gaps to BUs on time and upon requirement.
- Managing, controlling, and monitoring sales order operations following the company guidelines.
- Ensuring sales support operations run smoothly, maximize sales opportunities, issues are solved on time.
- Outstanding Order Management
- Monitoring sales promotion expiry and order ageing to ensure healthy sales order management.
- Managing Sales Returns/ Price Adjustments due to sales, distributions and order entry errors.
- Handling order issue management.
- Communicating all discrepancies/ issues immediately to related parties and taking the necessary steps to resolve them.
- Maintaining clear and accurate operations documents/ procedures for reference purposes.
- Providing Reporting and Analysis including KPIs monitoring to BUs, and management.
- Leadership
- Manage IDC channel and subordinates.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in BA or related fields.
- Experience in leading and managing customers, and sales centres as a head of department.
- Experience in FMCG or Technology/E-consumer.
- Minimum 3 years as a Leader/ Supervisor/Asst. Manager position that related with people & team management exposure.
- Strong experience in managing customer sales orders in the export business.
- Good knowledge of international business, customs regulations and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize.
- Good command of writing, reading and listening to English (Business English).
- Excellent communication skills, able to persuade management, sales team and customers.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel (knowledge of Excel functions).
- Able to use SAP.
- Employment contract under PRTR Outsource (renewable).
- Working hours Mon-Fri 8.30 - 17.30 hrs.
