Job Description
- Handling customer/applicant queries via email or telephone.
- Supporting the documents and visa processing for customers.
- Being up to date with new information on visa regulations and fees.
- Recording & maintaining all data.
- Ensuring that the process is up to the standard operating procedures.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Thai Nationality/Male or Female, Open Age.
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree.
- Has at least 1-2 years of experience in the Travel industry or customer service. (Welcome new graduates!)
- Good command of English and Italian Language.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
- Location: Near MRT Samyan.
