Job Description
- Handling customer/applicant queries via email or telephone.
- Handling cash and bank-related transactions if assigned.
- Supporting the documents and visa processing for customers.
- Being up to date with new information on visa regulations and fees.
- Recording & maintain all data.
- Ensuring that the process is up to the standard operating procedures.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 28-40 years old.
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree.
- Has at least 3 years experience in the Travel industry or customer service.
- Good command of English and Japanese. (Has N1 or N2)
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
- Location: Near BTS Nana.
