Our client is doing business in travel & visa. 

Job Description

• Handling customer/applicant queries via email or telephone.
• Handling cash and bank-related transactions if assigned.
• Supporting the documents and visa processing for customers. 
• Being up to date with new information on visa regulations and fees.
• Recording & maintain all data.
• Ensuring that the process is up to the standard operating procedures.
• Handling other tasks as assigned. 

Requirements

• 28-40 years old.
• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree.
• Has at least 3 years experience in the Travel industry or customer service. 
• Good command of English and Japanese.  (Has N1 or N2) 
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
• Location: Near BTS Nana.
