Job Description
- Managing and overseeing the Thai financial activities including day-to-day accounting, and operations.
- Analyzing, cost accounting, financial planning, VAT & tax reporting.
- Ensuring all financial controls are adequate, adhere to Corporate SOX requirements, and follow Corporate Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring the accounts are maintained by Thai GAAP, the management reports are by US GAAP, and that any differences between the two are reconciled monthly.
- Supervising the manager team for all finance activities and ensuring proper review of financial reporting.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Preparing consolidated report.
- Reviewing all vouchers and maintaining GL module, fixed assets, AP&AR revaluation, Expense allocation, etc.
- Reviewing and rechecking VAT Report, W/Tax Report.
- Reviewing and maintaining AR & AP aging and media credit and return.
- Handling corporate tax, and internal and external audits.
- Reviewing and maintaining Intercompany reconciliation and controlling outstanding balance.
- Being responsible for cash flow management and liaison with bankers.
- Reviewing cash in and managing increased interest earned.
- Reviewing Balance Sheet and analyzing P&L.
Qualifications
- Experience of 2 years at least in an accounting/audit firm is preferable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Able to use SAP, and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable).
- Good written & verbal communication in English is a plus.
