Our client is known as one of the world's most popular luxury fashion brands.
As a Client Advisor role, you will be the face of a luxury brand to ensure that every customer is guided according to their needs in terms of presenting the brand image.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing an excellent welcome for every client.
- Advising clients across the Brand and all product categories.
- Maintaining strong relationships with VIC customers.
- Driving and achieving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
- Learning and mastering brands and products.
- Engaging with clients to develop long-term relationships, and leveraging different clientele tools to foster Brand loyalty.
- Performing as a team player, and participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1-3 years of sales experience in luxury products is preferred.
- Passion for luxury brands and fashion.
- Proficient in Thai and English.
- Mandarin and other third languages will be a big plus.
- Flexible working hours and shifts are required.
- Experienced in retail, fashion, or related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relations skills.
