Our client is one of the world's leading online travel agencies.
Now, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor - Arabic Speaking to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Attending client queries through phone calls and emails, being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
- Ensuring that all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately, per defined policies, guidelines, terms, and conditions.
- Promoting goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams, maintaining good client relationships, achieving high client satisfaction, and retaining client loyalty.
- Acting and suggesting improvement opportunities identified during daily work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Good command of Arabic Skills.
- Good command of English Skills.
- Welcome both new graduates and experienced.
- Experience in customer service, call center, or other related roles will be an advantage.
- Able to work in shifts, including night shifts.
Working hours: 5 days/weeks, 24/7 shifts (Hybrid working 3 days of working from home, 2 days on-site).
