Our client is one of the world's leading online travel agencies.

Now, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor - Arabic Speaking to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Attending client queries through phone calls and emails, being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
  • Ensuring that all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately, per defined policies, guidelines, terms, and conditions.
  • Promoting goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams, maintaining good client relationships, achieving high client satisfaction, and retaining client loyalty.
  • Acting and suggesting improvement opportunities identified during daily work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Good command of Arabic Skills.
  • Good command of English Skills.
  • Welcome both new graduates and experienced.
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or other related roles will be an advantage.
  • Able to work in shifts, including night shifts.

Working hours: 5 days/weeks, 24/7 shifts (Hybrid working 3 days of working from home, 2 days on-site).
