Job Description

  • Creating and implementing strategies for managing and improving production systems to cut down on waste in the production chain, boost organizational effectiveness by getting rid of non-value-added procedures, and increase adaptability for ongoing improvement.
  • Encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development, presenting lean ideas to the factory manager, and working with the central team.
  • Conducting knowledge transfer and training on the operating system to make sure that subordinates are aware of and obedient to the established procedures.
  • Improving workforce capacities through skill development, placing a strong emphasis on teamwork, and fostering a culture that values quality over quantity.
  • Helping the production line's sewing section.
  • Carrying out any additional duties that your boss assigns you if they are necessary for your role.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience as a lean manager in any industry.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to effectively solve certain problems. possessing industrial knowledge, particularly in the textile or apparel manufacturing industries.
  • Software tools related to lean manufacturing include Kanban, Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
  • Ability to assess and resolve issues utilizing Lean principles and methods, including value stream analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Able to communicate in English.
