Duties and Responsibilities

• Being responsible for the maintenance, problem management, accident recovery, and customer satisfaction of the entire Thai enterprise market.
• Taking overall responsibility for proactive service quality and output of key enterprise customers in Thailand.
• Being able to understand and align HQ's requirements on maintenance activities for Thai enterprises, and achieve objectives as required.
• Supporting customer network maintenance, tracking and solving technical issues promptly, providing technical support and suggestions together with TAC, and maintaining good cooperation with customers.

 Requirements

• Thai nationality only.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking such as routing, switching, WLAN and network security. Experience with Huawei/Cisco switches, routers, firewall, WLAN equipment or SDN/SD-WAN solutions is preferred.
• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree Majoring in Telecom Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field of study.
• Minimum eight years of work experience in Network Insight, Network design/commissioning and Network Maintenance.
• Good communication in English and Chinese.
• Able to work under pressure, able to travel among country and upcountry.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
• Energetic personality, service mind, and ability to work independently.
• HCIA/CCNA, HCIP/CCNP, HCIE/CCIE or any other related certificate is preferred.
