Sales Lead Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Planning & coordinating key client activities to retain and develop sustaining sales revenue.
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Presenting sales, market opportunities, customer updates, plans, and strategies to the Management team.
- Coordinating and working closely with various departments to meet customer's expectations.
- Working together to improve the overall competitive advantage of the customer strategically.
Sales Lead Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience working as a Management or Leader in B2B industrial manufacturers.
- Film and Packaging industry experience will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English fluently and efficiently.
- Excellent Presentation skills and technique.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
