Product Manager (Skincare)

Our client is a global FMCG company in Thailand. The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Product Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand marketing strategy, NPD direction, concept and execution plan in order drive the brand Net Sales, Market Share and uplift product brand equity
• Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
• Planning and execution of all communication platforms and media actions on all channels to gain new in accordance with global guideline.
• Responsible for all ATL & BTL activities (TVC, Print, Activation, Digital & PR, POSM, Sleever, KOL Review) to ensure all the execution is implemented effectively according to marketing plan.
• Lead cross-functions to implement integrated campaign, align priorities for each category so as to ensure the implementation at store level is implemented according to brand direction.
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
• Providing monthly portfolio performance analysis with actionable plan
• Competitor and customer insights analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Business, Advertising, Marketing and Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ or Market Research
• Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
• Hands on attitude and analytically driven.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and Nielsen
