• Position:Procurement Supervisor (Textile, Garment is preferred)
• Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 baht/month
• Location: Klong Suan, Phra Samut Ja Dee, Samut Prakarn
• Working hours: Mon-Sat 8.00 - 17.00 (Work every other on Saturday)

Our client is services related to sustainable fabric toys, and recycling old clothing into new garments

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan the procurement of recyclable raw materials, spare parts, and various materials and equipment. Evaluate market prices and define specifications, categorizing items in coordination with relevant departments.
2. Source and select new suppliers according to the company’s specifications and standards.
3. Conduct research to support purchasing decisions.
4. Compare suppliers in terms of price, product quality, and service, presenting pros and cons for decision-making.
5. Negotiate with suppliers to benefit the business.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and partners to support mutual business growth.
7. Use information systems, such as ERP and API, to execute procurement processes effectively.
8. Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations and confirm delivery schedules.
9. Collaborate with internal and external departments related to procurement, ensuring smooth workflows and problem resolution to achieve targets within set timelines.
10. Track and follow up on the timely delivery of purchased items as per purchase orders, coordinating with relevant departments.
11. Receive goods upon delivery, inspecting specifications, product quality, and pricing to meet company standards.
12. Process documentation to seek approval for purchases according to procedures.
13. Monitor the arrival of products, materials, and supplies to meet scheduled timelines.
14. Review and evaluate both new and existing suppliers regarding product quality and service.
15. Organize purchasing documentation and manage contracts related to procurement, preparing purchase reports as needed.
16. Monitor, analyze, assess, and select the most suitable suppliers, preparing summary reports for management.
17. Develop and improve the company’s purchasing system and create a procurement manual.

Qualifications

• Male/Female, Age 28-40 years
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Material Engineering, Logistics, MBA, BBA, or other related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience work in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply chain or related in Textile, Garment, Clothes or other
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong management skills, patience, honesty, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Positive work attitude, Quick thinking and creativity.
• Proficiency in English 
• Knowledge of textiles is an advantage
