Regulatory Compliance Advisory
- Provide regulatory compliance advice related to laws and regulations such as BOT, AML, and OIC.
- Support the licensing process and ensure required financial permits and approvals are obtained.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, manuals, and legal documentation systems to align with regulatory requirements.
Monitoring, Controls, and Governance
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop remediation plans to address regulatory gaps.
- Support both internal and external audit processes.
- Oversee regulatory breach reporting and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT and Security to ensure compliance protocols are followed.
Training and Awareness
- Promote a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.
- Provide periodic training and awareness sessions to enhance employee understanding of compliance policies and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a financial institution, financial regulatory body, or audit firm.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
