Job Description
Our client is a global automotive parts manufacturer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and maintaining productivity to meet daily targets.
- Controlling employees to work according to company working hours and maintaining production targets.
- Controlling and monitoring raw materials to ensure adequate supply for production.
- Managing employee leave requests and overtime support to minimize disruptions to the production plan.
- Controlling and monitoring working areas to ensure cleanliness and a safe working environment.
- Educating and training employees on continuous improvement.
- Improving manufacturing processes and implementing corrective actions to resolve individual problems.
- Setting up general rules and standard work instructions to support company policy.
- Controlling and maintaining company standardization for quality.
- Controlling and taking disciplinary action against employees who break company rules, regulations, and safety policies.
- Performing various other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
- Knowledge of Quality Management, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
