Job Description
- Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales and customer service problems.
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
- Working Hours: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day (9.00 - 18.00, 13.00 - 22.00, 22.00 - 7.00).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Good English communication skills.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Experience working in a Call Center or Customer Service role will be an advantage.
- Able to work shifts, including night hours.
