Job Description

  • Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales and customer service problems.
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
  • Working Hours: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day (9.00 - 18.00, 13.00 - 22.00, 22.00 - 7.00).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • New graduates are welcome.
  • Experience working in a Call Center or Customer Service role will be an advantage.
  • Able to work shifts, including night hours.
