As they continue to expand, they seek a skilled Project Manager to oversee warehouse and factory construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing warehouse/factory construction projects to ensure completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Leading project planning, scheduling, and execution while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitoring construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance to meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Managing project risks, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
• Preparing project reports, tracking financial performance, and controlling costs to optimize project profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing warehouse or factory construction projects valued at 100-300 million THB.
• Experience in the construction industry; project types can vary (warehouse/building).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
