Job Description:
- Opening and processing sea freight documents in the cargo system.
- Handling document verification and unpacking processes.
- Reviewing and applying Incoterms and customs clearance procedures to ensure compliance.
- Overseeing both import and export sea freight operations.
- Coordinating pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.
- Preparing and processing cost analysis and billing documents.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sea freight operations.
- Experience in both import and export processes.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs clearance procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cargo management systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Thai.
