Job Description:
- Liaising with US customers to secure orders and obtain demand forecasts.
- Analyzing sales data and generating forecasts to drive production planning.
- Creating and managing production schedules to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Optimizing material usage and controlling inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Preparing regular reports on sales, production, and inventory performance.
- Preparing production schedules and plans based on orders.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Calculating and controlling the use of materials and raw materials according to purchase orders.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure activities run smoothly.
- Handling customer demands.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in a material and production planning role (experience with machinery parts will be highly considered).
- A good working attitude with strong operational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate with foreign management in English.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Ability to commute to work by private car.
