Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions aligning with business objectives.
- Designing and presenting solution architectures tailored to insurance industry needs, including underwriting, policy administration, claims processing, and risk management.
- Conducting product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops to showcase capabilities.
- Developing and delivering compelling technical presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Engaging with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT teams, and business users, to drive solution adoption.
- Working closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in the insurance sector.
- Providing technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within the insurance technology domain.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation trends.
- Experience with insurance platforms, core systems (e.g., policy administration, claims, underwriting), and APIs.
- Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise architecture frameworks, and integration technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
