Job Description:
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to determine product requirements.
- Presenting and demonstrating products to clients or associated business stakeholders.
- Conducting application evaluations, including technical analysis and data gathering.
- Troubleshooting and monitoring technical challenges related to product applications.
- Supporting the sales team by acting as a technical consultant and addressing customer inquiries regarding technical details.
- Developing technical solutions tailored to specific customer project requirements, including system proposals, drawings, and single-line diagrams.
- Coordinating with both internal teams and external clients for product evaluations and factory acceptance tests.
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure all customer requirements are met effectively.
- Planning and facilitating product training workshops and technical seminars for dealers and end customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or a related field, with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AHU, HVAC, EnMS, surveillance, or lighting industries.
- Strong English communication skills – both spoken and written.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and managing priorities efficiently.
- Skilled in diagnosing technical issues and preparing detailed reports.
- Able to perform well under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
