Job Description:
- Managing the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Creating, overseeing, and implementing outstanding human resources programs, including benefits, compensation, disciplinary actions, leave management, talent and performance management, health and safety, and training and development.
- Working with the leads of each department to determine vacancy needs and competencies to align with business direction and strategies.
- Handling the onboarding process for newly hired employees and trainees, providing orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Coordinating with relevant parties for onsite recruitment, job fairs, job advertisements, etc.
- Contributing to employer branding efforts to enhance market presence and attract top talent.
- Maintaining and managing the staff database within the HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Driving the manpower planning process to support business strategies.
- Leading the performance management process, providing coaching and support to line managers.
- Managing visa and work permit processes for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR functions (HRM + HRD).
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in English within an international environment.
- Experience supporting the setup of the HR team and system.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
