Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and preparing comparative reports (daily, monthly, yearly) by comparing past data, targets, and future projections for management presentations.
• Preparing the annual budget for sales and promotional expenses.
• Generating monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) summary reports from a management perspective.
• Developing and maintaining databases to support data calculations and reporting for relevant departments.
• Designing dashboards using tools like Power BI to present key data in an accessible and user-friendly format.
• Creating standardized templates for various departments to streamline data collection and improve efficiency.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of relevant data as assigned.
• Guiding data analysis to departments utilizing data for decision-making.
• Performing other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of database management and data processing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
