Responsibilities:
- รับผิดชอบดูแล ในส่วนของพื้นที่เช่า, ราคา สัญญาเช่า ชี้แจงระเบียบข้อมูลกฎหมายของอาคารให้แก่ลูกค้าหรือผู้เช่า
- วางแผนบริหารจัดการงบประมาณ บริหารทีมงาน ผู้เช่า และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับแผนกพื้นที่ที่เกียวข้อง เช่น department store, โรงแรม, commercial ต่างๆ
- รับผิดชอบตามหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications:
- Male, aged 40-48 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience working in Property Management or as a Building Manager in office buildings, mixed-use properties, or department stores.
- Fair to good English communication skills.
- Managerial and team management experience, with an active approach and knowledge of building laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
