Responsibilities:
- Monitoring all warehouse operations, including team management and problem-solving.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Monitoring inbound and outbound raw materials and finished goods, managing storage, and ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Constantly working to improve processes and making suggestions for productivity improvements.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Optimizing employee workflow.
- Determining and tracking key warehouse KPIs.
- Ensuring that facility equipment is properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- Male or female, aged 35-45 years old, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience working in a warehouse factory in the plastic injection, paint, or chemical industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP and Oracle knowledge is an advantage).
- Good English communication skills (Chinese-speaking personnel will directly report to you).
- Able to work at Nikon Nhong Kae, Saraburi.
- Able to work Monday to Saturday (working every other Saturday after passing probation).
- Having a personal car is preferred for commuting to work.
