Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly inside sales targets while managing self-serve lead information in Salesforce.
- Identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities for self-serve accounts, ensuring seamless service and support.
- Conducting proactive outreach to drive adoption and maximize Grab for Business solutions utilisation.
- Upselling and expanding Grab for Business solutions within the existing client base.
- Preparing and delivering insightful reports to management to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a tele-business or telesales environment.
- Professional proficiency in Thai and basic proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in handling corporate clients in Thailand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
