Main Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for managing the Managing Director’s work schedule and providing support for scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal and external parties.
- Handling confidential information and maintaining an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents.
- Arranging meetings and providing minutes and all related documents as assigned.
- Providing necessary secretarial support.
- Being responsible for administrative tasks such as arranging air tickets, hotel reservations, etc., for employees.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Screening Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Executive Assistant to Top Management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-minded attitude.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
