The Loss Prevention Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive security measures across our factory operations, working closely with both internal teams and external security vendors to ensure optimal protection of assets and personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily security operations, including employee monitoring, access control management, and risk assessment procedures to maintain a secure factory environment.
  • Spearheading investigations into security incidents, suspected theft, or fraudulent activities while ensuring compliance with Thai legal frameworks.
  • Performing systematic inventory audits across production and warehouse areas to identify and prevent potential losses.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of security incidents, shift activities, and investigation outcomes.
  • Designing and conducting loss prevention training programs to educate employees on security protocols and best practices.
  • Coordinating with security vendors on the implementation and maintenance of technical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Providing regular security status updates and recommendations to management for continuous improvement of security measures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Thai security and privacy laws.
  • Strong command of the English language (verbal and written communication).
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability for special events and projects (M-Day, Christmas, etc.).
  • Experience with CCTV monitoring and surveillance.
  • Knowledge of access control system administration.
