Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the customer support team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong team management skills, the ability to adapt to dynamic situations, and a proven track record in driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Proficiency in English communication is a must.
