We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the team and drive successful project delivery while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and maintaining regular communication.
- Leading client meetings and providing periodic updates on project status.
- Handling customer concerns proactively and resolving issues efficiently.
Project Management:
- Driving project execution from order placement to final delivery.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including factories and suppliers.
- Monitoring critical materials and inventory levels.
- Tracking production progress and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Resource Planning & Operations:
- Managing order forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Ensuring accurate order processing and confirmation.
- Overseeing production scheduling and departmental coordination.
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels for critical materials.
Financial Management:
- Monitoring project financials and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Managing accounts receivable effectively.
Team Leadership:
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve objectives.
- Delegating tasks effectively based on team members' strengths.
- Providing guidance and support to overcome project challenges.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment.
Quality & Continuous Improvement:
- Establishing clear project deliverables and timelines.
- Conducting regular project reviews and assessments.
- Implementing improvements based on lessons learned.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated financial acumen.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work on every alternate Saturday.
