Job Description

Our Client is a global leader who provide the logistics service 

Position :  Customer Service (Air Freight Reservation)

Salary : 40,000-55,000

Location : Sai Ladprao 28, Ratchadapisek Road

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 08.30 am – 05.30 pm, Sat : 09.00 am - 12.00 pm (Work on every other Saturdays) , Sun = Holiday

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Manager in controlling cargo reservation processes to ensure costs (including ad hoc costs) are competitive and in line with trade lane and airlines strategy.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, Control direct (carriers) cost efficiently

3. Ensure efficient and prompt air cargo shipments.

4. Negotiate and request airlines for competitive rate.

5. Attend internal meetings (with Customer Service, Sales, etc.) and delegate tasks to team members as needed.

6. Work closely with Customer Service, Sales and console team when there is any issue.

7. Plan space efficiently for huge spot / regular business volume.

8. Monitor bookings and planning to achieve efficient cargo consolidation.

9. Manage and monitor on emails with claimed irregularities to analyze root causes, countermeasures, and prevention criteria.

10.Prepare statistical analysis reports on air freight reservations for management.

11. Review and ensure the correctness of applicable rates in the UFS system.

12. Oversee booking staff’s Mawb usage to ensure proper handling.

13. Coach and guide team members to maximize productivity, and remove non-profitability work.

 

Qualifications

1. Sex: Male or Female

2. Age : 32 - 40 years old.

3. Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.

4. Year of experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in air freight reservation roles in air freight forwarding business.

5. Other qualification : - Good knowledged of Air frieght forwarder business.

6. Good command of English, both of written and spoken.

7.  Good services mind and ability to motivate and work in fast moving , pressure environment.

8. Strong interpersonal management skills.

9.  Strong leadership skill, can manange large group of people.

10. Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
