Job Summary:
The Division Manager of Sales & Marketing is responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales and marketing plans within the company. This position bridges long-term strategy with day-to-day operations, focusing on boosting market share, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring flawless execution in the Thai snack food market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Integration:

- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and achieve business objectives while overseeing daily operations.
- Aligning sales goals with marketing efforts to optimize the impact at all customer touchpoints.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to maintain consistent brand messaging and operational efficiency.
- Sales and Marketing Execution:

- Managing and executing business plans, including sales forecasting, market analysis, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Driving the sales team to meet targets using innovative sales strategies and effective customer engagement techniques.
- Overseeing marketing activities, such as digital campaigns, public relations, event management, and traditional advertising, ensuring they are consistent with brand identity and objectives.
- Team Development and Leadership:

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and/or marketing management, ideally in the snack food industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive results and nurture a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent analytical abilities with expertise in market research, consumer trends, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
