Job Description:
Customer Enquiries:
- Managing customer enquiries and complaints: answering and following up on enquiry questions via website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Line OA).
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Preparing monthly reports for all enquiries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
CRM:
- Communicating with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships.
- Segmenting data for campaigns.
- Creating special campaigns via the Line platform and sourcing gifts to maintain customer relationships during special occasions.
- Checking and updating the customer database monthly.
- Managing GWP stock of marketing assets.
- Handling invoicing management (including petty cash and payments).
- Coordinating event RSVPs with the Sales team.
- Tracking gifts and matching them with audience segments and purposes.
- Supporting event and GWP-related tasks, including graphic designing for campaign and event assets.
Qualifications:
- Male or female, aged 23-35 years old.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel is a MUST.
- Fair to good command of English (written).
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
