Job Description

Our client is a marketing consulting agency providing comprehensive online and offline marketing services designed to meet diverse business needs, balancing both business and marketing objectives.

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Planner to develop marketing strategies, effectively addressing client needs and market demands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both business and marketing, both online and offline, and will be capable of analyzing these aspects to formulate effective strategies and manage online media buying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Management: Guiding both the strategic direction and the team responsible for executing marketing initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance, and demonstrating the value and impact of our services through consistent communication and expert counsel.
  • Research & Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to gather critical consumer insights, informing strategic planning and ensuring data-driven decision-making for campaigns.
  • Strategic Development: Developing innovative and effective advertising strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that meet or exceed business goals.
  • Media Strategy Development: Formulating competitive social media strategies across key platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Google, optimizing reach, engagement, and performance.
  • Creative Briefing & Collaboration: Collaborating with the creative team to develop clear and inspiring creative briefs that drive the development of compelling campaigns. Recommending suitable social media content and materials that align with both the overall strategy and the competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Evaluation: Continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhanced effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Strategic Planning, or a related field, preferably in restaurants and FMCG products.
  • Experience with campaign management and online media tools (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LINE, etc.).
  • Good command of both English and Thai.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
