Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Marketing Strategy: Developing and executing marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales in the Thai market, focusing on trade, e-commerce, and project channels.
- Managing PR and Media: Overseeing PR and media agencies, ensuring effective communication strategies and media relations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Creating and Localizing Content: Working with media agencies to create, localize, and manage marketing content to ensure it resonates with the local audience.
- Conducting Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights for strategy adjustments.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Working closely with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, distributors, and project partners, to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Coordinating Events: Planning and managing local events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the Hansgrohe brand and products.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM.
- Contract Duration: 1 Year.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the materials or related industry.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proficient in MS Office, Content Management Systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads, social media accounts, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in supporting e-commerce businesses and working with e-commerce platforms or dealers is highly desirable.
