Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Market Expansion:
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding into new markets, such as launching services in new cities or countries.
- Researching customer needs in different markets to offer services that meet their specific requirements, such as fast delivery or tailored services for travellers.
Partnership Development:
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners such as hotels, airlines, and tour companies to integrate luggage delivery as an added convenience for customers.
- Negotiating mutually beneficial business agreements, such as offering bundled packages or special deals.
Product and Service Development:
- Analyzing market trends and developing new services that meet customer demands, such as luggage delivery insurance or tracking services.
- Continuously improving service offerings to align with evolving customer needs, ensuring the business remains competitive.
Marketing Strategy Creation:
- Developing marketing campaigns to promote services, such as online advertisements, social media promotions, or seasonal discounts.
- Creating targeted campaigns to attract specific customer segments, like tourists or business travellers, who need convenient and reliable luggage delivery services.
Competitor and Market Analysis:
- Analyzing competitors and tracking trends in the luggage delivery industry to gain insights that can help refine services and business strategies.
- Producing market reports to guide business decisions, such as expanding services or making investment choices.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Working closely with operations teams to develop and refine efficient luggage delivery processes and ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborating with the finance team to manage pricing strategies and ensure services are priced competitively while maintaining profitability.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback to enhance service offerings and meet customer expectations.
- Providing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, such as express delivery options or personalized services for premium customers.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the tourism, logistics, transportation, or service industries.
- A good command of English (both written and spoken) is a MUST.
- Additional language skills may be beneficial, especially in markets where the business operates internationally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and address business challenges.
