Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of HR to lead and drive the people strategy in alignment with business objectives for our fast-paced and innovative technology company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Strategic HR and Learning and Development (L&D), coupled with significant experience in tech-driven environments.

This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in developing high-performing cultures, fostering employee growth, and driving organizational transformation to support rapid business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning, aligning L&D strategies with organizational goals.
  • Evaluating and measuring the impact of L&D programs to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Overseeing HR policies, processes, and compliance with local labour laws.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and demonstrate measurable impacts on the business.
  • Ensuring the adoption of modern HR technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tech or tech services industry.
  • Proven expertise in Strategic HR, Learning and Development (L&D), or Organizational Development (OD).
  • Strong track record of implementing successful change management and employee development initiatives.
  • Experience in building high-performance cultures in a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • Strategic thinking and visionary leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
