Our client is a well-established global nutrition & consumer goods company.
Job Overview:
- Developing, supporting, and reviewing scientific communications for healthcare professionals (HCP) in collaboration with the healthcare nutrition team.
- Translating scientific knowledge and insights into educational content and communication, such as detailing aids, scientific presentations, product claims, etc.
- Ensuring that messaging is credible, ethical, and scientifically sound across various functions, business areas, communication channels, and target audiences to maximize opportunities, maintain the company’s credibility, and minimize risks.
- Reviewing and approving communication materials through the CVM process, focusing on nutrition and product information for both HCPs and consumers. Ensuring scientific communications are strong, compelling, and supported by solid evidence.
- Collaborating with the SEA-MNS and local healthcare nutrition teams to develop educational and training materials tailored as necessary.
- Managing relationships with international, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), facilitating local or regional scientific events and advisory boards on topics related to category development, evidence generation, and strengthening the company’s value proposition.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities and trends relevant to the categories, and proposing appropriate communication strategies.
- Planning and coordinating research activities to generate local data and analysis, creating strong and reliable evidence that supports product claims and the overall value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical companies, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Regional experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, listening, presentation).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player.
- Able to work independently.
- Proven track record in managing HCP KOLs.
