Our client is a leader in power and thermal management solutions and electronic component manufacturing.
They are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the HRBP position in the Bangpoo and Chachoengsao areas.
Job Description:
- Analyzing the MFG plant requirements and working with the SEA HR COE team to develop and execute solutions, programs, and policies in terms of TA, L&D, OD, HRIS, ER, and C&B.
- Assisting the MFG plant in analyzing and managing people process improvement projects, manpower issue analysis, organizational unit restructures, workforce planning, HR report analysis, and succession planning.
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Conducting the necessary interviews, such as performance, talent, and exit interviews.
- Managing and providing recommendations for complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations when necessary to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the human resources field, with experience in at least 2 HR functions (e.g., recruitment + training or C&B) in a manufacturing environment.
- Good command of English. (Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage).
- Ability to work at the Bangpoo plant, Samut Prakarn, or Chachoengsao Province (Choose only one location).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (07:40 - 17:25) - On-site only.
